She is a Certified Residential Specialist, (less than 4% of all REALTORS® hold that designation), whose expertise ranges from smaller homes to multi-million-dollar estates.  After relocating to the Pacific Northwest, Dawn aligned with Professional Realty Service-Sequim to best serve her Washington clients while maintaining a team of professionals in California to continue assisting her loyal California clients.  Working with her California team and their licensed assistant, Dawn can share her commitment to innovation and tailored marketing, plus facilitate bringing the transaction to its ultimate desired conclusion for all parties in a timely and stress-free process in both states.

Dawn grew up in Eastern Washington, spent time in the Seattle/Tacoma area before settling down in Silicon Valley, CA.  She now lives in Sequim, Washington and travels to California when working on transactions and to see family – or will again when Covid-19 worries are lifted.  When not immersed in her work, she is often found buried in a book, expanding her technological horizons, or planning her next trip.  Deeply connected to her community, Dawn has served in top-level positions within SCCAOR (as co-chair of the REALTOR^® Foundation and  Ombudsman Committee), and  the  Women’s Council of  REALTORS^®, (Local Chapter President, 2004).  Dawn also co-sponsored an Annual Client Appreciation event, Breakfast With Santa which supported Toys for Tots and Second Harvest Food Bank for 22 years until it ended due to the Covid-19 pandemic.
